Dr. Victor von Frankenstein IV is the great-grandson of Dr. Frankenstein and the guardian of Johann, Herman Munster's original prototype. Like his ancestor, Dr. Frankenstein IV is also a scientist interested in perfecting his great-grandfather's work, as such he has dedicated himself to making sure Johann becomes as stable as Herman.
