Grandma Dracula is the mother of Lily Munster, Lester Dracula and Marilyn's mother and one of Grandpa's deceased wives, although it is implied that she dies quite often, but was mostly dead during the 1960s, leaving Grandpa a widower for the time being until her presumed next resurrection or his next marriage which never occurred during the show's run. In The Munsters Today, she was referred to as Katja Dracula.
Her exact identity is uncertain, but she was apparently a werewolf, and a giant one, judging from Grandpa's comments about her and her old corset mannequin being even larger than Herman Munster. She was Grandpa's favorite wife out of his 167 wives throughout his incredibly long life, and according to the family tree shown in The Munsters - America's First Family of Fright, Grandma was Grandpa's 13th wife. She is the only one of his wives to be mentioned most often, and the only one said to be capable of dying and coming back several times.
