Uncle Boris was a relative of The Munsters who was known as a "real swinger" due to being hanged, although whether he was hanged for unspecified crimes or he simply liked hanging himself is unknown.
He was apparently good friends with Russia's notorious mystic Rasputin and the two enjoyed exchanging bombs with each other on Christmas. Whether Uncle Boris is alive, dead, or undead is unknown as he is only ever seen in the family album.
